Sad story
Just some minutes ago, I opened a dispute at PayPal.
The story is, at mid September I have ordered some outrageously beautiful sock yarns at an online store in UK as the first time, paid for it by Paypal, and until today I have received NO CONFIRMATION of my order, NO REPLY for my inquries by e-mail, NO YARNS I have ordered. Of course I have sent e-mails to them many times to ask how was going my order, but ABSOLUTELY NO REPLIES. As it is overseas transactions I was waiting though more than usual, but even if they have already sent the percel and there was some customs problem occured, it doesn't explain their absolute no reply status.
I have warned in advance that I would open dispute soon, but always no replies.....so I did.
Sigh...it is so sad. Before I have already had some bad experiences with online shops, but this time...
IF it won't get solved, I would announce the name of the shop for your security and benefits.
Too bad this time the news, but minimum for your eyes pleasure, I will show you this:

I bought the same pattern and same yarn (in a different color) from a shop when I visited Portland, Oregon. :) Isn't Sea Silk absolutely delicious?
I'm so sorry to hear about your shop experience. I think I may have an inking as to which shop this was. I had virtually the same experience with a particular sockyarn seller in the UK...it took many e-mails and wrangling to get my yarn.
