resolved!
I just want to let you know that my dispute resolved and closed. I have received the money I have sent, without any message from the seller. Honestly, even if I have been refunded the money, I am still sad about this experience because the seller has completely ignored my messages and refused to make any communication with me. They just sent me back the money, absolutely no explanation. Besides, the yarns I ordered are so beautiful local handdyed sock yarns, I am quite sorry for not being able to buy them too...
Anyhow. it is solved, I am relieved.
In the next post, I will report my current knitting status, stay tune!

PayPal are FANTASTIC for their ability to resolve disputes! The seller basically has NO choice but to refund as their acct will be suspended.
I'm sorry for your awful experience - it happened to me twice and I was disappointed as I really wanted the products.

I'm glad they refunded your money! It is upsetting when you would rather have their products. At least you did get teh moeny back so you can spend it on all the pretty handpainted sock yarns available elsewhere. Can't wait to see your current knitting projects!

I didn't realize that the dispute was so terrible when I read your email! I can't believe how bad the service you recieved was from the online store. It's really a shame. I know you are probably thinking that they aren't worth buying from- BUT, if you would like me to try ordering something for you, I can. My UK friend just received something from them. Please let me know.
