motivation
I realised today that I have not knitted a stitch more than two weeks. My last knitting time was in a plain heading to Moscow and it was August 31. Now summer is gone, the air became cooler, all yarn company's brand new yarns appeared in sight both on the web and LYS,
BUT my motivation has still been very low....
I cannot find a intriguing new project for autumn/winter yet, I don't feel exciting when I touch the yarn....
I am kind of getting into slump... a knitting slump. I just don't know why. Or, My interest might be into the work so profondly so that I lost my knitting energy, consumed by work. I don't know.
So for now, not only I don't have any knitting news, but also I get lost.... don't you have ever any experiences like that before? If yes, how did you get out of it? Let me know, please.

????
I went through a similar period of disinterest in anything knitterly earlier this summer. I'd say just sit it out. Read lots of books, drink some tea, do the things you ordinarily wouldn't get to do because you would be knitting, and wait for the knitting urge to come back. :) I'm sure it's just that you have a wonderful new job that is taking all of your imagination and creative energy at the moment. Don't worry, I'm sure the need to knit will come back soon. Good luck!
