France report-2
Hey hey hey...since I have come back from vacation, I have been incredibly busy for work and my boys are always sick...but anyway, I have to show you what I scored in France:

Of course I went to Phildar shop....I have searched the nearest one from my place in advance, from Japan.

And left the shop with a big bag, happily....Wanna see the contents?

Actually the denim-blue balls of the front were bought afterward in an another Phildar shop, which I happened to find nearer than the other one! It was on sale and it is suede-type yarn. The four whity yarns are just...on sale. I bought the rest for making this:

Striking....I want to make it a bit longer, so I added some extra balls. I don't know when I could make it...And, I bought them too:

EIGHT Phildar magazines!! All in French....it makes me weak a little, I admit, but the designs are so nice and I could not leave the shop without them...
Actually I've got some rare knitting stuff too, on the other days in France, but I will show it to you next time.
I am, really, SO BUSY for work for now, and this time I am coping with it and not so in knitting mood since some time. My current task take all my time but it is exciting job, I love it. I cannot tell you about the current project now, but in November I can tell you. I am a tiny part of a enoumous entertainment project for next year and I am going to Moscow for 5 days business-trip in 10 days. I though try to bring my sock knitting in the flight!

If you ever need help with these Phildar patterns, send me a mail! I might be able to help (and I have a few of the catalogues myself).

what a lot of yarn! i'm sure you can figure out the french patterns. i have some norweigian knitting books from my trip there last year and haven't attempted to translate any of the patterns yet. it's hard, but worth it!

Welcome back. WOW. That's an amazing stash haul you brought back from la France. The design you picked is a stunner...I can't wait to see you knit it up because it's going to look great on you!

Such a wonderful haul! All those pattern books too. I'm quite envious. :) I'm so glad you are enjoying your job. It certainly sounds very exciting with all the international travel involved. Have a good time in Moscow!
