Tidy up WIPS
Last week I finished my DS's bulky sweater:

My DS posed for me. It fits him just for now and for me it looks a bit too small, but he is very happy about the way it looks, for he hates roomy sweaters. (I don't know why!) He loves it and put it on for three days straight from Friday to Sunday. It was very cold weekend. And last Sunday afternoon, when I was struggling to clear away the mess of yarns, I found that sweater's oddments and had no idea where to put away. So I gathered them all and made this:
This time the model is my DS Second. I wanted to make a matching hat for DS, but it was a little too small for him so his younger brother inherited it automatically. It fits nice for him!
BTW, recently I made some yarn exchange with a lady who lives in US and I've got these for my stash enhancement:

KnitPicks yarns....for a long time, I have been interested in shopping at KnitPicks, but they don't accept any international shipping. So these are what I cannot get directly. I am quite inpressed that softness of the yarns, I love to try immediately! But not for a while...all these yarns are lace weight and I plan to knit SOMEDAY lace shawls. In the meantime I just touch and feel and enjoy!
Oh, and I have finished "Airy scarf" too, but I have not yet taken the photo. That brick-red color is very difficult for photos, you know, and I need the daylight for it but cannot find a moment in the last weekend. Next time!

The sweater turned out great and just fits him. I'm sure you're happy that he likes wearing it. And you get two knits out of the yarn - hat for second son. Your knitpicks yarn looks wonderful especially the marron one.

Glad you are happy with the Knit picks wool, I'm thrilled with my Bohus Mitten kit.
The sweater looks good on your big boy, lucky you to have a little boy to grow into it, unless, of course the big boy wears it out.

The sweater and hat both look great! Your sons are lucky to have a mom who knits nice things for them.
Soon you may receive a surprise..............
