Elise update

Since I have finished Leftovers vest, I am working on AbFab....I hope I complete it within coming weekend. Now it is the end of fourth pattern set, so only one more to end. But I haven't show you yet the frill of sleeve of Elise. Here it is:

This frilly cuff is made separately, and joined to the edge of the sleeve. First I have started this cuff to learn how to frill, and I wanted it off the needle. For it, I have to know the length of the sleeve edge, so I started the sleeve, and knitted the frilly cuff a little more, and started to join the part while the cuff has been yet on the needle. Finally it found out that I have knitted too much the frill, so ripped out some rows, and casted off, completed the joining.
This is the close-up:

It is much fun to frill! After I finish my AbFab, I want to knit Elise, but I have to swatching for "4Ply eighty" yarn....

The frilly cuff looks nice. I think it require lots of patient to knit it. It is just what I lacking of ! I think it will be a very beautiful. Looking forward to see the FO comes out.

Hi Eva, actually the frill does not require any patience, I promise. I think rather your Karis calls it much more!
